About Our Founder - Sandy Garvock
Sandy has a story to tell, a powerful story of tragedy, trials, and transformation. From knocking on doors to collect debts, to minding doors as a bouncer, and now opening doors to futures filled with hope for the men who engage with Men United, Sandy, shaped by his experiences, founded the charity Men United in Peterhead, Scotland in 2019. Sandy is committed to getting alongside the lost and the lonely, to supporting the most vulnerable guys in our communities. He does all this without judgement, and with a passion to see the transformation that he has experienced, shared with others.
